Obituary for Steven C. Quann

Steven C. Quann
Steven Craig Quann, affectionately as Stevie by his family, was born in
Detroit, Michigan on March 26, 1955 to the late Charlotte Peterson Quann
and Jim Baker. He was the eldest of three children.

Stevie attended Chadsey High School and after graduation, he moved to
Ohio and enrolled in an electronics school with his Uncle Billy Peterson.

Stevie was a kind, caring, and compassionate person with an infectious
smile who would do anything to help others in need. He enjoyed working in
human services including: at Harbor Light; and New Center Mental Health.
His love for bowling gave him the opportunity to find a career in management
at various bowling alleys.

Stevie had the ability to reach out to others and to positively impact their
lives, and that allowed him to help others via AA and NA.

His greatest achievement with the help of God was being clean and sober for
over 20 years!

Stevie passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 1, after a short
battle with liver cancer.

Stevie was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind to cherish his
