Son, I think of you every day. You're on my mind when I go to bed and when I wake up. Reality has sunk in. It's very hard for me to accept that you are no longer here. I'm feeling sad about losing you. You were the best son that a father could ask for -- always kind, never disrespectful, a shining light in our family who made everyone proud. You've touched the lives of so many people. I had no idea that you had such an effect on the lives of so many. I'm so proud of you son and so happy that God chose me to be your father. I'll always treasure the time you took me up in your plane and let me fly. I'll always cherish the time that we spent with you in Dallas. I had no idea that the hug you gave me when I left would be my last hug from you. My love for you will be in my heart forever.
