Reverend(Rev.) Juanita Louise (Hamilton) Bowman, who was affectionately known as Reverend Mrs. Was married to her childhood sweetheart and the love of her life, Presiding Elder Delano Lord Bowman Sr. The two were joined in Holy Matrimony on June 7, 1953 and were married for 67years. To this blessed union three children were born: Delano (Del) Jr., Vikki and Sharon. Reverend (Rev) Mrs. Juanita was a faithful and dedicated member of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church for her entire life.

Reverend Mrs. Was adored and respected by all who knew her, especially her family. She lived by her favorite scripture, which was Isaiah 54:17. She started out every conversation she had with you by saying “Child” once you heard that you knew you were in a deep and long conversation.

Funeral Saturday, 9-26-2020 Greater Quinn AME Church located at 13501 Rosa Parks Blvd. (12th Blvd) Detroit, MI48238 and Davison. Funeral begins at 11:00AM (Family members) only at the funeral services. A mask must be worn and social distancing will be enforced.
