Marlon will remain in our hearts forever. He was a fierce constitutional warrior and we were proud to fight alongside him. He was family.

God bless his family, his wife, children, mom, and entire family. I first met him in the 90s. In a generous spirit, he gave me his Bar Exam flash cards after he became an attorney so that I could use them to study. As an attorney he always had compassion and zeal for his clients.

I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to the entire Evans family. Marlon was a consummate gentleman, whose legal prowess will be missed. He exemplified hard- work, love of family, generosity and tenacity. I am truly honored to have known him while studying at M.S.U. He will certainly be missed! Respectfully, Kelli R. Scott Turner

May we offer our sincere condolences to the Evans family for your loss. Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult things in life to deal with. Lovingly, the Bible assures us that God sees your pain and promises a beautiful future where he will "swallow up death" and "wipe away the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8). We hope your precious memories will console you in the days ahead. And, as the days and weeks pass, and you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
