I would like to offer my sincere condolences for the loss of your young son, Deshawn.
I won’t say I know how you feel, because although I have a sons I can’t imagine your pain and the grief your family is going through, its too personal.
I saw your story on the news and it saddened me. So, I wanted to share something with your family that brought so much comfort to my own family when we have had to endure the loss of someone we loved.
In the Bible our loving heavenly father, Jehovah God; comforts us with the promise of being reunited with our dear loved ones by means of a resurrection on a paradise earth in true peace and happiness in the very near future (John 5:28,29, Acts 24:15 and Revelation 21:3, 4). Examine these scriptures for yourself please in the light of your own copy of the Bible. As you do, hold each other closer, hug your grandson a little tighter and cry for as long as you need to. Jehovah God is very much aware of your tears and your heartbreak as Psalm 56:8; will help you to appreciate.
