Because Jesus defeated death forevermore at Calvary, we now have access to eternal life in Heaven with our risen Lord.

Condolence: I am deeply saddened to hear about the loss of your dear loved one. May reflecting on the promise held at Isaiah 25:8 soothe your aching heart. It is a beautiful reminder that soon death will be swallowed up forever, and we will be able to see and welcome back our dear loved ones-John 5:28,29. I pray that you read these scriptures and for it to truly touch your heart and help you to cope until those promises from our heavenly father take place.

Condolence: Two sisters grew up on the west side of Indianapolis, married and then each had two children, a boy and a girl. All the families lived under the same roof in a double home for many years. Hinky, the name I have called you all of my life, you are the son of my mother’s sister. You, however have been more than a first cousin to me, you have been my brother. You welcomed me to Detroit with open arms, supporting me, guiding me and loving me. You and CeCe handled this illness with such strength and fortitude that I was in constant amazement. We are saddened by your absence, but there is no question in my mind that you are dancing and singing with the angels. I take solace in that. Patty, Pete and I will love you forever. Condolence: Now and in the days ahead, may Jesus our God of comfort hold you all in the palm of His hand as you remember Edward's life legacy and celebrate his homegoing to Heaven, alive and well in the presence of our risen Lord, King Jesus. Condolence: I'm deeply sorry for your loss. Death wasn't apart of God's original purpose. In fact, He promises to remove death, pain, sickness and all things that plague us. (Rev. 21: 3,4) God will call Mr. Weathers for him to rise again in better conditions and to be reunited with his loved ones. Until then, cherish the memories and warm thoughts of Edward.

Condolence: My dear brother in law was one of the finest men that I have ever known. His love and dedication to my sister and their children was unparalleled. Everyone who knew him respected his strong, wise presence and wonderful sense of humor. The Perry family was, and continues, to be blessed by having Edward Weathers in our lives. We are comforted by the thought of he and our dad, Rev. William Perry, greeting each other in Heaven.
