Message to the Family: May God bless and receive your beautiful spirit. You were the living embodiment of a Christian woman. I am grateful for the things that you taught your daughters, Sharon and Cheryl, that they so graciously shared with me. I appreciate your thoughtfulness, kindness and gentleness. On behalf of everyone who crossed your path, entered your home, or encountered you at church - we thank you for the light, joy and spirit that is Doris Gooden.
