Sis Gloria Ansley
There are so many fond memories that I have of you like your love, your kindness, your generosity, your healing hands, and most of all your faithfulness to the Lord. Your Family has been blessed to have you as their Mother and I would like to "THANK" each and every one of them for the times that they shared you with me and my family. I can remember when my Father(Bro.Craig) was on his sick bed and all he was saying was "call Sis Thomas" and we did and she prayed for him over the phone and he settled down to a good nights sleep and once he was better and came home he told me " the next time I tell you to call Sis Thomas don't take so long".(lol) I remember when Carlton and my son Ken Jr. were boys and Sis Thomas would show up at Church with a bag every so often with two or three suits that Carlton would have out grown and she'd bring them to me for Ken Jr. looking like they were brand new and this went on for several years and all of a sudden it stopped because Ken Jr. outgrew Carlton, I sure did hate that.(lol) I remember the time I needed a stove and her daughter Ann made sure I got one. My fondest of all was the time we were at a Church picnic and she was holding my grandson Eric and from a distance Bridgett & I looked over and there was Sis Thomas chewing up chicken and baked beans and feeding it to Eric, I said to Bridgett don't worry about it she done forgot and thinking that's one of her grandchildren and we laughed cause it really didn't manner cause it was Sis Thomas. I could go on and on but just want the Family to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all and that we Loved her and we LOVE YOU ALL TOO!!!
